Our client, a city based firm of brokers, are looking to recruit a pa*executive assistant as soon as possible to work directly for the CEO. This is an extremely senior and responsible position, the successful candidate will need ideally ten years experience in a similar role, however financial experience is not required.
In this role you will be a true confidante and right hand person to the CEO. You will be very organised in every aspect of the day to day business therefore you will need the ability to liaise at all levels, excellent co-ordinating and organisational skills and advanced Microsoft knowledge. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial to succeed in this position as well as the ability to be assertive and diplomatic.
